What you will do

  • Strategically execute high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns across target markets.
  • Utilise a multi-channel approach leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, high-volume calling, and personalized email.
  • Prioritize proactive outbound activity for pipeline generation while qualifying inbound leads.
  • Systematically identify and qualify high-potential New Business Opportunities using MEDDIC methodology.
  • Work in close partnership with Account Executives to refine targeted outbound strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records within the CRM (Salesforce) and engagement tools.

Requirements

  • Native English proficiency is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage.
  • 6-9 months of prior experience in business development, lead generation, or high-volume phone-based sales.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented self-starter with a documented track record of exceeding goals.
  • Demonstrated "Hunter" mentality with the drive to proactively develop new lead sources.
  • Exceptional ability to thrive and adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with executive-level prospects.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience with MEDDIC methodology.
  • Prior experience or engagement within the SaaS, Enterprise software, or Cybersecurity sectors.
