TL;DR

Location: Manila, Philippines with a hybrid setup requiring 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and availability for NA shift schedule.

What you will do

  • Manage a high volume of subscription renewals through calls and emails
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing concerns impacting renewal decisions
  • Present and explain renewal quotes, including creating customized pricing proposals
  • Drive 3-year paid annual contracts as the default contract length
  • Track and manage renewal pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure smooth renewal process

Requirements

  • Must be available for NA shift schedule
  • Hybrid work format with 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Strong customer communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions
  • Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in subscription renewals, customer success, inside sales, or account management
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Outreach
  • Experience with subscription-based or recurring revenue models
