What you will do
- Manage a high volume of subscription renewals through calls and emails
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing concerns impacting renewal decisions
- Present and explain renewal quotes, including creating customized pricing proposals
- Drive 3-year paid annual contracts as the default contract length
- Track and manage renewal pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure smooth renewal process
Requirements
- Must be available for NA shift schedule
- Hybrid work format with 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Strong customer communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions
- Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience in subscription renewals, customer success, inside sales, or account management
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Outreach
- Experience with subscription-based or recurring revenue models
