What you will do
- Own targeted outreach to potential clients through cold calls and personalized messages.
- Lead discovery meetings and process analysis with key stakeholders for qualified demo opportunities.
- Craft tailored value propositions by understanding industrial pain points across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
- Independently and continuously improve outbound sales tactics.
- Continuously update commercial knowledge, analyze P2P and O2C processes, and track industry trends.
- Prioritise complex client tasks and identify bottlenecks to push deals forward.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business, or similar.
- Confidence in making cold calls, following scripts, and asking open-ended questions.
- Attention to detail for accurate information tracking in CRM (HubSpot).
- Structured thinking and organizational skills to manage daily tasks.
- Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining momentum through long sales cycles.
- Team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.
