What you will do

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Design and execute outbound vertical and geographical market campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to prospect and close large enterprise deals.
• Educate and nurture early-phase prospects for potential future opportunities.
• Demonstrate value propositions of hirify.global DSS and the Big Data ecosystem to business leaders across various industries.
• Analyze and report weekly activities to identify and implement performance optimizations.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales or business development within the software, tech, or startup industry.
• Business Level German is required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Organizational and project management skills to handle high task volumes in a result-oriented environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on tracking and reporting activities.
• Interest in Data Science and Predictive Analysis.
