What you will do
- Develop and implement a Sales enablement strategy aligned with hirify.global Digital’s goals.
- Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, content, and training for new and existing sales teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and other departments to ensure strategic alignment and messaging consistency.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Sales enablement initiatives and track impact on sales performance.
- Provide ongoing support, resources, and tools to Sales representatives to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, offering guidance on Sales Enablement methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
- Background in instructional design to build and enhance sales training programs.
- Domain experience in Human Resources or Talent Management niche.
- Experience in a fast-growing, scale-up environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
