Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid Work Flexibility: Work from home on Mondays and Fridays). Work from another country for up to two weeks per year.

What you will do

• Develop platform-native ideas, social concepts, scripts, and format frameworks.
• Create toolkits, treatments, storylines, and content systems for clients.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, and Studio teams.
• Present ideas and guide the execution process.
• Support multi-market and multi-platform social ecosystems.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in social concepting or creative strategy.
• Strong understanding of culture, platforms, and trend-driven storytelling.
• Excellent writing and conceptual thinking in German and English.
• Comfortable working across multiple clients.

Nice to have

• Automotive experience is a strong plus.
