What you will do

  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven campaigns across TV, OOH, Radio, Streaming, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge measurement and attribution frameworks for marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, integrating KPIs with core business data.
  • Oversee strategic budget management and allocation across channels for efficient customer acquisition.
  • Build and present compelling, data-backed business cases and cultivate strong relationships with media partners and agencies.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to inspire innovative and impactful campaign concepts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing and scaling complex online and offline marketing campaigns with a proven track record.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with keen attention to detail and a structured mindset.
  • Extensive experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships at a senior level.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL or BigQuery.
  • Expertise in programmatic media buying and shaping creative strategy and direction.
  • Fluency in an additional European language (especially German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese) is a significant asset.
