What you will do

• Own and evolve social media strategies across various platforms, ensuring measurable impact.
• Manage projects with precision, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources from kickoff to launch.
• Oversee and contribute to content production workflows, bridging strategy with hands-on execution.
• Act as a key interface between clients, creatives, and internal teams through clear communication.
• Shape tone of voice and foster meaningful audience connections, especially in German.
• Track KPIs, extract insights, and translate data into actionable performance improvements.
• Monitor trends, platform shifts, and social formats to keep work fresh and relevant.

• Strategic clarity, strong people skills, and hands-on production experience in social media.
• Senior mindset with sharp project management skills.
• Deep understanding of how content performs in the real world.
• Experience in driving social strategy and managing content production.
• Ability to build strong client and internal relationships.
