What you will do
- Take full ownership of budget allocation and outcomes for all Traditional and Digital Media Marketing activities across two flagship brands and four key European markets.
- Inspire and lead an international team of 5–6 dedicated professionals, spanning Junior to Senior levels, by delivering actionable feedback and fostering an environment of continuous growth and development.
- Drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of high-impact, performance-driven brand marketing campaigns across TV, YouTube, Radio, and a variety of offline channels.
- Leverage your robust network within the media industry to uncover, secure, and activate the most effective offline marketing opportunities.
- Elevate brand media strategy by integrating data-driven insights, maximizing traffic generation, and advancing key brand KPIs.
- Champion data-centric decision making by seamlessly connecting media performance metrics with core business data using state-of-the-art analytics tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience designing, managing, and optimizing complex online and offline marketing campaigns, consistently delivering measurable growth.
- Proven leadership capabilities including direct management and mentorship of diverse, high-performing marketing teams.
- In-depth expertise in the French or German media markets, from hands-on media planning and buying to insightful analysis.
- Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with expert-level proficiency in Excel, and hands-on experience extracting, analyzing, and interpreting campaign data using SQL, BigQuery, or similar tools.
- Mastery of advanced measurement and attribution methodologies (e.g., media mix modeling, causal uplift modeling, geo-split analysis, incrementality testing, experimentation).
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English, with the ability to translate complex insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French or German.
- Demonstrated success in media planning for streaming and digital video platforms (such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, and YouTube).
- Skilled in programmatic media buying with a deep understanding of data-driven audience targeting, bidding strategies, and cross-channel integrations.
- Hands-on experience with DV360 and/or Amazon Video Advertising platforms.
