What you will do

• Support and execute large 360° marketing flights across teams and international markets.
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure content supports campaign goals.
• Support the creation of compelling advertising campaigns and adapt creatives for each channel and medium.
• Set up broad-reach campaigns across various channels (e.g., TV, OLV, CTV, (D)OOH, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok).
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with external partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to effectively reach target audiences.

Requirements

• Successfully completed Master Studies in marketing, communications, business, data science, mathematics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing (ideally in a media agency).
• Deep understanding of the German media landscape.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns using tools such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with agencies, creative teams, and stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English.
