What you will do

• Support the Technology Digital Officers Practice in business development meetings and executive search projects.
• Prepare company overviews and develop target lists.
• Identify potential candidates using a variety of online and proprietary tools.
• Input and update highly confidential candidate records in the proprietary CRM.
• Actively participate in designing search and business development strategies.
• Team up on market intelligence projects by identifying and tracking organizational, industry, and functional trends.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution.
• Genuine interest in learning about people, business, and industry characteristics/needs.
• Ability to quickly learn industry fundamentals and understand criteria for success.
• High EQ (Emotional Maturity Quotient) and strong analytical/conceptual skills.
• Must be willing to work hours required to complete assignments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially telephone skills.
• Must protect the strict confidentiality of client and candidate information.
• Project a professional image and poise when interacting with very senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis-Nexis).
