Location: This role requires an IRL-first approach, working in-person 3 days a week, so you must be based within commuting distance of our hubs in London, UK; Boston, USA; or Barcelona, Spain. For certain roles, relocation assistance is available from anywhere in the world to these hub locations.

What you will do
- Lead deep-dive technical and functional discovery sessions with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders.
- Translate complex customer needs into comprehensive requirement documents and scalable solution architectures.
- Build tailored prototypes that address specific, high-value customer workflows.
- Partner with the Sales Team as the technical owner, conducting discovery calls, product demonstrations, and leading proofs of concept.
- Deliver high-impact workshops and presentations articulating the business value of hirify.global’s spend management platform.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding prospects through security reviews and integration strategy discussions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of proven success in a Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting role within the SaaS market (fintech/spend management preferred) or system integration experience as a solution architect.
- Strong knowledge of the spend management industry and prior hands-on experience in accounting, payroll, or financial operations.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in configuring or architecting integrations with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics BC, F&O) within a sales context.
- A consultative mindset with proven ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Solid presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
