What you will do
- Own and evolve the regional partner GTM strategy across emerging Asian markets, aligning with global alliance priorities.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a portfolio of regional agency and SI partners to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Build and manage senior relationships within partner organizations, securing executive buy-in for joint investment and GTM execution.
- Lead joint GTM initiatives, including campaigns, events, and enablement, in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to close enterprise deals.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in partner or channel management within a SaaS or digital technology environment.
- Strong experience working with digital agencies and/or systems integrators, ideally in MarTech, CMS, or composable ecosystems.
- Proven success building partner GTM plans and converting them into measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Experience prospecting, recruiting, enabling, and growing partners at Director, VP, and C-level.
- Comfort operating in less mature, high-growth markets with ambiguity and autonomy.
- Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages a plus (particularly Japanese).
