Senior Partner Sales Executive (AdTech): Building and shaping the Microsoft Advertising APAC Channel Partner Sales business, focusing on developing strategic partner relationships and delivering customized advertising solutions with an accent on driving business strategy, increasing partner satisfaction, and growing revenue within the digital advertising sector. Focus on positioning as a thought leader, proactively developing upsell strategies, and expanding networks with internal and external decision-makers.

Location: Sydney, Australia. This is a hybrid role where employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days per week if they live within a 25-mile commute of the office.

What you will do

  • Develop comprehensive long-term partner strategies and growth plans for the APAC Channel Partner Sales business.
  • Advise executive stakeholders on marketing strategy, digital transformation, and competitive positioning.
  • Expand strategic networks across internal and external decision-makers, influencing at the highest levels.
  • Proactively develop strategies for upsells, new client acquisitions, and drive long-term revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Understand partner business models and marketing strategies to articulate the value of Microsoft’s advertising products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or platform ecosystem development in the technology industry.
  • 7+ years experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.

Nice to have

  • 14+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or platform ecosystem development in the technology industry.
  • Experience building relationships and providing recommendations to executive stakeholders.
