What you will do
- Serve as a data-driven enablement partner to Sales and GTM leaders, using performance insights to inform recommendations and readiness priorities.
- Lead enablement initiatives through change management, ensuring new programs, processes, and tools are adopted effectively by the field.
- Define success metrics and track the impact of enablement programs, connecting learning outcomes to business and revenue performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and other GTM teams to ensure readiness efforts support business priorities and partner growth.
- Optimize enablement systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, LMS, CMS) to improve adoption, efficiency, and seller experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Enablement within a SaaS or high-growth technology organization.
- Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leaders, influencing decisions through data, insight, and strong business judgment.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering end-to-end enablement and readiness programs tied to business objectives, OKRs, and revenue outcomes.
- Strong strategic and consultative skills, with the ability to diagnose performance gaps and recommend scalable enablement solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, or a quota-carrying GTM role.
- Familiarity with common sales and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LMS platforms.
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales environments (e.g., ERP, financial, or expense management solutions).
