TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Executive (SaaS): Managing full sales cycles for North America, from lead generation and outbound prospecting to closing deals and account management, with an accent on understanding client needs and articulating hirify.global's value proposition. Focus on building and maintaining C-suite relationships, growing the client base, and collaborating with marketing to improve lead qualification.

Location: Hybrid in Boston or Chicago, USA. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs and have eligibility to work in the USA.

Salary: On-target-earnings (OTE) are $194,000, including salary, commissions, and stock options.

What you will do

  • Manage all outbound and inbound leads for North America.
  • Present demos to potential clients and manage the full sales cycle until closing deals.
  • Understand target prospects' needs and articulate the value hirify.global provides.
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to increase awareness and improve the lead qualification process.
  • Conduct high-level discussions with a variety of stakeholders, from Office Managers to CFOs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a SaaS sales position, preferably phone-based with a high percentage of hunting involved.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a pure hunter and develop your own pipeline through outbound initiatives.
  • Proven track record of developing successful relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remote and be self-sufficient, while still being part of a team.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter in both written and oral English (C1 equivalent).
  • Eligibility to work in the USA is required.
