What you will do
- Lead the formulation and delivery of a comprehensive enablement strategy that supports hirify.global’s revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with regional revenue teams to understand business priorities and develop milestone-based enablement plans.
- Oversee the development and implementation of onboarding and training programs tailored to product releases.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to create and maintain a repository of sales resources.
- Monitor enablement program effectiveness, applying data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Ensure enablement activities are aligned with marketing and sales objectives to maximise market impact.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue enablement and sales training.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools.
- Analytical skills for evaluating enablement impact and driving continuous improvement.
- Command of French language is a key differentiator (but not a mandatory requirement)
