What you will do
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Build and maintain playbooks, process documentation, and training content that reflect GTM motions.
- Partner with the Revenue Operations team to drive adoption of new tools and processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Identify skill, process, and knowledge gaps and implement targeted improvements across teams.
- Provide structured insights and feedback to leadership on performance, skill gaps, and process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Revenue Enablement or Sales Enablement.
- Experience designing training programs, onboarding frameworks, and playbooks.
- Strong understanding of GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Comfortable partnering with both technical (CRM/Systems) and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in a fintech environment.
