What you will do
- Manage a subset of individual accounts, ensuring timely responses and meeting annual sales growth targets.
- Uncover opportunities for upsell and cross-sells within accounts and drive them to close.
- Serve as a commercial partner, supporting budgeting, multi-year planning, and reporting.
- Gather insights on products and competitors directly from clients to inform strategy.
- Keep the CRM up-to-date with accurate notes and collaborate on forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a commercial, account management, or sales role.
- Proven experience working for technology and/or data vendors.
- Mandatory experience within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and domain expertise.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in the commodities or maritime sector.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
- Additional languages (e.g. French).
