Senior Implementation Specialist (Travel & Spend): Ensuring efficient setup and adoption of Travel and Spend accounts for SMB customers with an accent on configuring workflows, approvals, and managing integrations. Focus on delivering a high-quality onboarding experience, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Based within commuting distance of hubs.

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding projects for SMB Travel & Spend customers in Spanish-speaking regions.
  • Drive adoption and activation by applying change management and financial understanding.
  • Configure Travel & Spend setups, including policies, standard workflows, and approval flows.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across finance, HR, IT, and travel management.
  • Support ERP integrations such as Spend Export File, DATEV, and Xero, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Manage identity and HR integrations through SSO, HRIS, and SCIM.

Requirements

  • Spanish working proficiency is essential, as you’ll communicate with French-speaking customers and stakeholders daily.
  • Solid experience in customer-facing roles, with hands-on ownership of onboarding or implementation work.
  • Experience coordinating projects or workstreams within implementation or onboarding contexts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with the adaptability to tackle challenges proactively.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to consulting, finance, or technology environments.
  • Experience with customer onboarding or technical implementation.
  • Familiarity with Spend Management solutions or similar platforms.
