What you will do
- Own and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Onboarding, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Diagnose and fix ERP-related technical issues (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks), focusing on API failures and data mapping inconsistencies.
- Lead incident response for critical production issues, including executive-level communication and post-incident root cause analysis.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to identify systemic gaps and implement durable, long-term fixes.
- Maintain the internal Confluence knowledge base and mentor other engineers on troubleshooting and communication.
- Manage high-touch customer relationships and escalations through dedicated communication channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support or Product Support, ideally within FinTech or SaaS.
- Must be based in Medellin, Colombia for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting API integrations using REST, SOAP, and Postman.
- Ability to analyze XML and JSON files.
- Experience working in a global company environment with coordination across different time zones (U.S. and Israel).
Nice to have
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with MongoDB.
- Background in Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Financial Management sectors.
