Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary

What you will do
- Provide first-level technical support to clients to resolve product issues.
- Troubleshoot technical queries and provide effective solutions.
- Complete a mandatory 3-week technical onboarding training.
- Operate within a shift-based schedule, including potential evening and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Work authorization to work in Hungary (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Ability to start on June 15, 2026.
- Availability to commit to the initial training schedule (16:00–00:00).
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish.
