Supplier Success Professional (B2B Customer Support): Provide front-line support to suppliers by resolving inquiries, verifying compliance documentation, and ensuring seamless onboarding across phone, email, and chat with an accent on customer experience and accuracy. Focus on processing regulatory documents like insurance and OSHA records, logging interactions in Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams.
Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Hybrid schedule (Tues-Thur in office, Mon/Fri work from home) if within commutable distance. 100% attendance required for 8 weeks of training starting June 8, 2026.
Pay rate: $20.50/hour CAD

What you will do
- Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Resolve complex supplier issues focusing on customer experience and compliance
- Verify and process regulatory documents including insurance, safety manuals, and OSHA/MSHA records
- Log interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud and handle follow-ups
- Support billing, subscriptions, outbound campaigns, and annual verifications
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English required
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with PC applications and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High attention to detail, adaptability, self-motivation, and stress tolerance
- Ability to learn new systems, manage priorities, and maintain productivity metrics
