What you will do

• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives across the go-to-market organization, from problem framing to measurable outcomes.
• Design and operationalize scalable processes, playbooks, KPIs, and governance for improved GTM performance.
• Conduct deep dives, build analytical models (e.g., propensity-to-buy, segmentation), and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Provide strategic input into planning cycles, delivering market sizing and prioritization frameworks.
• Craft clear actionable recommendations and serve as a thought partner to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier consulting background or equivalent strategic/program management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and project structuring skills, including ability to break down ambiguous challenges into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience turning data into insights from multiple systems (e.g., SQL databases, CRM, marketing platforms).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-visibility projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of synthesizing complex information for senior leadership.
• Versatility to work across a broad range of growth-focused initiatives, balancing strategy, analysis, and execution.
