What you will do
- Drive end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for the HR product suite.
- Engineer GTM efficiency by identifying friction and implementing processes to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates.
- Serve as the internal and external authority on the HR domain, staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory shifts.
- Design scalable playbooks and frameworks to equip sales and success teams.
- Lead high-priority special projects for business transformation and scaling.
Requirements
- Background in Management Consulting, BizOps, Venture Capital, or as a Chief of Staff, ideally with SaaS industry experience.
- Proven track record of building and scaling systems, operations, and processes within the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in data work, including writing SQL, building custom dashboards, and conducting deep cohort analyses.
- Ability to lead with a "spreadsheet-first" mentality, using advanced modeling for strategic decisions.
- Comfortable making high-stakes decisions in ambiguous environments with incomplete data.
- Take full ownership of outcomes with a "the buck stops here" mentality.
- English: Professional fluency required for all communications and application materials.
