What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customers, leading ROI and value initiatives with a customer success manager.
- Act as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 customers by setting vision and defining JTBD frameworks.
- Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor to prioritize AI.
- Lead value realization and ROI delivery through analysis to frame P&L impact in business reviews.
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, managing customer teams, escalations, and risk mitigation.
- Proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities by working with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Requirements
- Over 10 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with a proven track record of C-suite relationships and large-scale transformations.
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking to set vision and define frameworks.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for leading presentations and resolving conflicts.
- Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
- Must be based out of our San Francisco hub for this hybrid position.
- Work authorization for the US required.
