TL;DR

Revenue Systems Intern (SaaS): Contributing to the pipeline generation engine and driving a data-first culture across revenue teams with an accent on data cleanliness, automation, and system integration. Focus on identifying net-new accounts, optimizing outbound performance, and creating internal tools for efficiency.

Location: This role requires you to be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain, and work from the office 3 days a week.

Salary: €1,000 gross/month scholarship.

What you will do

  • Contribute to the Pipeline Generation Engine by identifying and qualifying net-new accounts.
  • Acquire and maintain accurate, enriched account data in CRM, applying data cleanliness practices.
  • Monitor outbound performance and leverage data insights to prioritize high-potential accounts.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to automations supporting pipeline generation.
  • Create simple internal tools and workflows to reduce manual work.
  • Work closely with Sales to refine allocation strategies based on rep capacity and engagement.

Requirements

  • Your University must be willing to sign a 6-month full-time (40 hours / week) internship agreement.
  • Prior exposure to CRM, pipeline generation, or sales in a fast-paced environment; experience in SaaS or AI is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with data and tools, including spreadsheets and SaaS platforms.
  • Fluent English proficiency required; German, French, Spanish, Italian are a plus.
  • Must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
  • Able to regularly work from the office 3 days a week.
