What you will do

• Deeply understand user needs and build empathy with stakeholders and collaborators.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and explore solutions from multiple directions.
• Create deliverables like user journeys, concept maps, UI mockups, prototypes, and UX copy.
• Help shape team goals and success metrics aligned with business strategy.
• Run experiments and user testing to improve user experience through iteration.
• Collaborate with other Designers across the organization to continuously raise quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong conceptual skills to design for complex scenarios.
• Strong communication skills and user advocacy.
• Experience with design systems and a solid understanding of interaction patterns.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about AI solutions and tooling.
• Experience with user research and testing, and meeting/workshop facilitation.
