What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas from concept to execution.
• Define new interaction patterns and design paradigms for AI-powered tools like Fin.
• Sketch, prototype, and test ideas at varying fidelities to validate decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and PMs to solve problems and ship high-quality solutions.
• Maintain high craft standards while balancing speed and execution.
• Contribute to design culture through mentoring, process refinement, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany for hybrid work (3+ days in office)
• Shipped complex, high-quality software products across multiple surfaces (desktop, mobile, chat, AI experiences).
• Balance speed and detail with end-to-end systems thinking and pixel-perfect execution.
• Understand engineering; build prototypes using Framer, Figma, code, or similar tools.
• Strong taste in design, compelling storytelling, and high agency/ownership/autonomy.

• Experience designing for AI-first and emerging experiences.
