What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of mobile product experiences from problem definition and exploration to delivery.
• Translate complex scientific and behavioral concepts into simple, intuitive, and engaging mobile experiences.
• Design native iOS and Android experiences with strong attention to platform conventions and interaction patterns.
• Create high-quality UI and interaction designs, including layout, typography, motion, and micro-interactions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure solutions are feasible and scalable.
• Participate in design critiques to raise the overall craft and usability bar across the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end mobile app design.
• Experience designing and shipping consumer-facing (B2C) native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
• Strong UI and interaction design skills with a focus on visual clarity and hierarchy.
• Ability to work from early-stage ambiguity through to final execution and delivery.
• Deep understanding of mobile design systems and platform guidelines.
• Must be based in Germany
