What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the rollout of a new platform.
• Conduct consultative conversations to collect client requirements and provide data-driven best practice recommendations.
• Configure client accounts to their specifications and coordinate training sessions for various stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to clients for integrations with marketplace partners or custom API solutions.
• Monitor client booking behavior post-implementation and proactively offer support or recommendations.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Finance.

• Demonstrated ability to work with C-level stakeholders to collect requirements and concerns professionally.
• Proactive approach to making recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to seek out ways to improve and a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Hybrid role: Must be based within commuting distance of a hub (London or Boston).
• English: B2 required; resume must be submitted in English.
• Work authorization for either the US or UK is required.
