TL;DR

Account Executive (HR Tech): Expanding customer base and driving revenue/growth by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Focus on establishing a strong presence in the Phoenix/West territory, conducting market research, and building relationships within the small business community.

Location: Hybrid, in-territory in Phoenix, AZ and Greater Phoenix, AZ areas. Must be based in the U.S.A.

Salary: $83,700.00 USD (Base)

What you will do

  • Manage an end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, and meet or exceed quotas.
  • Establish a presence and develop a marketing and networking plan for the West/Phoenix territory.
  • Proactively prospect for new business by leveraging market research, sales tools, and cold prospecting.
  • Gain a sound understanding of the value proposition and effectively communicate it to potential customers.
  • Travel in-territory in the Phoenix and Greater Phoenix, AZ (and potentially West) areas.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Executive position and 1 year experience managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing are required.
  • Experience in Lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity setting (i.e., SaaS, PEO, Fintech) is required.
  • Required experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo.
  • Cold-calling experience is required for this position, with a hunter mentality for new prospects and logos.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complicated topics.
  • English: B2 required.
