TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Executive (SaaS): Driving pipeline generation and acquiring new enterprise accounts through outbound prospecting, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close with an accent on building relationships with C-suite executives. Focus on delivering tailored presentations that demonstrate business impact and align market strategy across AmTrav and Perk.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of the company's hubs; relocation assistance from anywhere in the world is available.

Salary: On-target earnings (OTE) are $198,000, including salary, commissions, and stock options.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
  • Drive pipeline generation through proactive outbound prospecting using phone, email, and social channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups through to close.
  • Understand the unique needs of each prospect and articulate AmTrav’s value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and revenue teams to align on market strategy and messaging.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of SaaS or B2B sales experience.
  • A proven hunter mentality with a track record of generating and closing new business through outbound efforts.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
