What you will do

• Lead a senior, cross-functional engineering team building hirify.global’s personalization and experimentation capabilities.
• Take end-to-end ownership of managing and delivering personalized content across SDKs, APIs, UIs, and marketplace apps.
• Drive architectural and design decisions for real-time, edge-powered experiences and developer integrations.
• Partner closely with Product and Design to align the roadmap with customer needs and business outcomes.
• Coach and empower engineers, supporting their growth and impact.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in TypeScript.
• Familiarity with modern web and edge technologies (e.g., APIs, SDKs, frontend frameworks, edge workers).
• Ability to connect technical decisions to customer value and drive product outcomes through engineering excellence.
• Proven ability to lead senior engineers and cross-functional teams through complex, product-focused initiatives.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality software that balances innovation and maintainability.
• English: B2 required.
