What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing EMEA team of Applied Field Engineers specializing in Advanced Analytics and Apps & Collaboration.
• Guide your team to secure technical wins and successfully deploy solutions for complex customer use cases.
• Direct the team in resolving architectural deficiencies and ensuring solutions meet non-functional criteria like reliability and performance.
• Define team vision, set strategic priorities, and own business results to accelerate Consumption and TACV across the hirify.global AI Data Cloud.
• Optimize account prioritization and engagement models for maximum team impact.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align technical resources with revenue targets and key account plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, with 4+ years of people management experience, preferably leading a geographically dispersed team.
• Demonstrated deep, executive-level technical authority in at least two of Data Warehousing, GenAI/Machine learning, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Cloud Computing.
• Proven ability to advise C-level executives on future-state technical architectures within the modern data ecosystem.
• Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel within EMEA is required.
