What you will do

  • Oversee the strategic lifecycle of platform services including OS, database, middleware, and cloud-native operations.
  • Manage and coordinate complex platform projects, acting as an innovation lead for technology adoption and automation.
  • Design and implement robust platform solutions, ensuring high standards for architecture and documentation.
  • Engage in presales activities by creating technical concepts and consulting solutions for diverse clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, external providers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent IT professional qualification.
  • Extensive experience with cloud-native services, hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP), and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and proven success in technical project leadership.
  • Business fluent in both German and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead teams while maintaining customer-focused communication.
