What you will do

• Strategically develop and continuously optimize platform services (OS, database, middleware, cloud-native, security).
• Plan, design, and implement new platform services.
• Consult on platform environment matters.
• Lead and coordinate platform projects.
• Drive innovation in the platform area, introducing new technologies and automation.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, clients, and external providers.

Requirements

• Completed IT specialist training or a degree in computer science/business informatics, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive experience in platform services, including OS management, database and middleware administration, technical application management, cloud-native services, and platform security.
• Familiarity with on-premise, private cloud, and hyperscaler environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and project management methodologies, with proven experience in technical project leadership and/or architecture.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and leadership skills.
• Business fluent in German and English.
