Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Perk hubs. Relocation support may be available.

What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of Tier 1 enterprise accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ businesses to help them maximize the value and usage of Perk.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Use data and analytics to deliver regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integrations, and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience managing top-tier or strategic customer accounts.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- A commercial, results-driven mindset with customer satisfaction at the core.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for customers.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and native in Dutch.
