TL;DR

Account Manager (TravelTech): Managing and growing a portfolio of long-tail accounts within the Benelux and Nordics markets, focusing on maximizing customer usage and identifying growth opportunities. Focus on developing deep customer engagement, leveraging data analytics for business reviews, and ensuring smooth product integrations.

Location: Hybrid, requires being based within commuting distance of our hubs.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of long tail customers in Benelux and Nordics.
  • Develop high engagement with accounts and key decision makers.
  • Understand customer business to maximize hirify.global usage and identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a hirify.global product expert to meet and exceed up-selling and cross-selling targets.
  • Provide clients with regular business reviews, reports, and presentations using data analytics.
  • Identify and solve common account problems, ensuring long-term solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Relevant account management or customer success experience.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Great prioritization and time management skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze and translate data for customers.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
