SMB Account Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

German-speaking SMB Account Manager (SaaS): Owns and develops a portfolio of SMB customers, deeply understanding their business and managing their spend within business travel, with an accent on developing solutions and education strategies. Focus on identifying and resolving common account problems and advocating for clients internally.

Location: This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs, as we work in-person 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of SMB customers and develop high customer engagement.
• Gain a deep understanding of your customer's business and manage their budget effectively within the wider business travel space to develop solutions and education strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the hirify.global product portfolio to grasp each stage of the customer journey fully.
• Identify common problems within each account and develop strategies to resolve each issue on time, whilst preventing repeat issues.
• Act as hirify.global’s biggest advocate within your clients and your clients' biggest advocate within hirify.global, addressing issues and educating on new product features.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience within Account Management or Customer Success roles.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
• Experience in the Travel industry and/or SaaS products.
• Strong technical aptitude and customer-focused approach with a passion for working with people.
• Excellent analytical abilities with fluency in Excel/Gsheet.
