Salary: $72,000–$84,000 (base + commission)

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of SMB customers and develop high customer engagement.
- Understand customer business to maximize hirify.global usage and identify growth opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics for regular business reviews and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Become an expert on hirify.global products to meet quarterly up-selling and cross-selling targets.
- Develop strong client relationships to shape their business travel programs.
- Identify and solve common account problems in a timely manner with long-term solutions.
Requirements
- Relevant account management or customer success experience.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong ability to analyze and translate data for customers.
- English: B2 required.
- Work format: Hybrid, 3 days per week in-office.
- Location: Must be based within commuting distance of our Boston hub.
