TL;DR
Sales Development Manager (SaaS): Leading and managing a team of SDRs to achieve quarterly targets and foster continuous skill development with an accent on performance management and tailored training programs. Focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing educational materials to enhance team success and product understanding.
Location: Hybrid role, requires being based within commuting distance of one of 's hubs in London or Boston. Relocation support is available to these hubs.
Salary: Compensation range: $144,000 – $160,000 OTE (includes base salary and commission), plus stock options.

What you will do
- Lead and manage up to 12 Sales Development Representatives to achieve quarterly targets.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s and monthly development objective reviews with team members.
- Coach and mentor the team, focusing on constant skill development.
- Identify training needs and assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new SDRs.
- Develop educational materials, sales scripts, and product updates in partnership with stakeholders.
- Design specific training sessions using gamification, role-playing, and pitch-simulation.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within SaaS or tech.
- Proven track record of success and previous experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of the sales development process.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create presentations and design effective training programs.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Must be based within commuting distance of 's hubs (London or Boston).
- English proficiency required.
