TL;DR

Principal, Business Development (Physical AI): Developing and driving the Go-To-Market strategy for the entire Physical AI ecosystem, bridging the gap between hirify.global' infrastructure and the three pillars of the industry: Model Builders, Robot Builders, and ISVs. Focus on winning developer mindshare, validating through Lighthouse wins, and scaling by enabling the broader field.

Location: Remote from the United States (SF Bay Area, CA & Austin, TX Preferred)

Salary: $300k - $350k OTE

What you will do

  • Create and own the comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy for the Physical AI vertical.
  • Identify and secure relationships with the top 10 most innovative companies in the ecosystem, converting them into "Design Partners".
  • Own the long-term revenue trajectory of the Physical AI domain, ensuring early technical wins translate into high-volume compute consumption.
  • Act as a force multiplier for the sales organization by codifying market learnings into a scalable "Physical AI Playbook".
  • Serve as the primary sensor for Product & Engineering, synthesizing complex customer requirements into clear product signals.
  • Evangelize hirify.global' vision at industry events and executive briefings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or product strategy within Cloud, AI, or Robotics.
  • Proven ability to define a GTM strategy from scratch.
  • Deep domain fluency: understanding Sim2Real gaps, foundation model training, and inference latency.
  • Experience working with high-growth, venture-backed startups.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Comfort in ambiguity: experience operating in fast-moving environments.
