What you will do

• Contact warm leads to sell payment processing services, hardware, and software.
• Analyze merchant statements and business needs to offer appropriate products and services.
• Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals to prospective merchants.
• Build and maintain business relationships with current merchants.
• Manage the sales pipeline and update records.
• Assist existing merchants through email and phone, troubleshooting technical questions.
• Help with the programming and installation of equipment and services.

Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to navigate a startup company environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
• English: B2 required.
