What you will do
- Own pipeline, close deals, and manage 25-30 active opportunities with 3x quota coverage.
- Meet with decision-makers daily and lead sales conversations to uncover needs and drive deals forward.
- Work with SDRs for strategic outbound efforts and convert inbound leads.
- Master value-based selling by solving business challenges in training, leadership, and facilitation.
- Engage meaningfully with key personas like HR leaders, L&D professionals, and C-level executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 18 months as an Account Executive.
- Strong outbound prospecting experience is a must.
- Proven track record of hitting quota, with experience managing opportunities between $6,000–$36,000+ ARR.
- Ability to manage 25–30 opportunities at a time.
- Team player who collaborates closely with SDRs, Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Must work onsite in Stockholm, Sweden.
Nice to have
- SDR/BDR experience.
- Experience with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology.
