TL;DR

Sales Executive (Nordic Market): Driving sales and managing the full sales cycle for the Nordic market with an accent on new client acquisition, pipeline generation, and B2B solution selling. Focus on understanding client needs, presenting demos, and building strong relationships with C-suite executives.

Location: Hybrid in Spain. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs and have legal authorisation to work in Spain. Relocation support to one of our hubs is available for certain roles.

What you will do

  • Prospect and manage outbound and inbound leads for the Nordic market.
  • Present demos to potential clients and own the full sales cycle until closing deals.
  • Understand target prospects' needs and articulate the value hirify.global provides.
  • Conduct high-level discussions with various stakeholders, from Office Managers to CFOs.
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to increase awareness and improve lead qualification.

Requirements

  • Native Speaker in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.
  • Excellent communication and video presentation skills.
  • Experience working with the Nordic market.
  • Solid experience in a Sales position with a proven track record of developing pipelines through outbound initiatives.
  • Proven track record of developing successful relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
  • Must have legal authorisation to work in Spain.
