TL;DR
Lifesciences Solutions Partner (Lifesciences): Accelerating go-to-market execution and deepening client engagement for cloud and AI solutions within the life sciences ecosystem, particularly Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Drug Development, and Genomics segments. Focus on managing strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning solutions with scientific and regulatory needs.
Location: Remote (United States only), with a preference for candidates based in major biotech and biopharma hubs such as San Diego, Boston, Durham (NC), Maryland/Virginia/Washington D.C., or the San Francisco Bay Area.
Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 OTE annually

What you will do
- Lead strategic discussions and support Account Executives to qualify and prioritize opportunities in HCLS.
- Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to pharma and biotech clients.
- Identify opportunities for AI/ML, HPC, and data platforms in drug discovery and clinical operations.
- Shape account strategy, value messaging, and proposal content to secure deals and meet revenue targets.
- Represent AI at regional industry events and customer meetings.
- Forecast accurately and progress deals through the Salesforce sales process.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure, with a clear hunter track record.
- Comfortable selling cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI solutions, and related technologies.
- Strong commercial acumen, including value mapping, negotiation, multi-year deals, and exec-level storytelling.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Must be authorized to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Nice to have
- 5-10 years in pharma, biotech, or life sciences in consulting, GTM, product, or pre-sales.
- Deep understanding of drug discovery, development processes, scientific data workflows, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to communicate complex scientific and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a high-growth, startup environment ideally selling cloud, AI/ML or HPC solutions.
- Exposure to SaaS models or cloud infrastructure sales.
