What you will do

• Drive operational excellence across the Payments product area by leading initiatives to solve systemic challenges.
• Optimize operations at scale using advanced data analysis and AI to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, balancing operational needs with broader business objectives.
• Manage complex risks, including operational, security, financial, and compliance risks, collaborating with Legal and Security teams.
• Influence and collaborate with stakeholders across the company and third parties to define goals and execute plans.
• Mentor and lead junior team members, providing guidance for their professional growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a tech-driven operations role (5+ years), with experience in Payments or Fintech preferred.
• Proficiency in using advanced data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex end-to-end processes, including wireframing and user flow visualization.
• Comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments and identifying financial or operational risks.
• A track record of breaking down complex, systemic problems into actionable steps.
• Ability to influence across functions, evaluate requests based on clear prioritization, and communicate effectively.
