What you will do

• Define and evangelize the strategy and roadmap for the payouts platform.
• Execute product vision ensuring clear outcomes for customers and business.
• Analyze data to continuously improve the product.
• Collaborate globally with engineering, compliance, operations, and financial institutions.
• Drive product roadmap including disbursement engines, banking integrations, and internal tools.
• Ensure payouts are timely, secure, and compliant with regulations.

Requirements

• Must live in Argentina, Brazil, or Uruguay.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience as a Product Manager in fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment flows and banking integrations.
