TL;DR

Revenue People Partner (SaaS): Partnering with leaders to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and scalable growth with an accent on organizational design, performance management, and change leadership. Focus on co-creating people priorities aligned with business goals and implementing core people processes.

Location: Hybrid (must be based within commuting distance of our London or Boston hubs)

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders to co-create and deliver people plans aligned with business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations across the employee lifecycle, including org design and change leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, enabling effective team leadership.
  • Implement and manage key people processes like performance reviews and talent planning.
  • Drive performance and engagement using people data and championing company values.
  • Lead change management and integration projects at a functional level.

Requirements

  • Experience in a People Partner role with fast-growing tech companies.
  • Proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, leadership development and change management.
  • A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Commercial approach to HR with a focus on impact and data.
  • Comfort operating across regions and time zones, partnering with international teams.
  • Hybrid work: must be based within commuting distance of our London or Boston hubs.
  • English: B2 required.
