TL;DR

Senior People Partner (HR): Partners closely with Senior Leaders across Customer Care and Support Functions to embed ‘Best for Perk’ people strategies, which contribute to Perk's high-performance culture. Focus on team design, leadership development and change management.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Perk's hubs, and be able to work in-person 3 days a week. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

  • Be a trusted partner to Customer Care and Support Functions, defining and delivering people strategies.
  • Manage and develop a team of People Partners, setting priorities and providing coaching.
  • Drive high performance at scale by co-creating with business leaders and implementing better ways of working.
  • Partner on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development strategies.
  • Champion employee engagement by shaping the employee experience and acting on feedback.
  • Lead through change, ensuring colleagues are valued and connected to the mission.

Requirements

  • Experience in a People Partner role partnering customer service organizations in fast-growing tech companies.
  • A track record of partnering and influencing senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of team design, high-performance culture, leadership development, and change management.
  • A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • A commercial approach to people work, with a focus on impact, data, and action.
  • Comfort operating across regions and time zones, partnering with international teams, ideally UKI, Spain, and the US.
